These yummy balls are loaded with antioxidants and make the perfect after-school snack.

  • 60
    g coconut butter
  • 2
    tsp stevia powder
  • 1
    tbs raw cacao powder
  • 80
    ml almond milk
  • 30
    g coconut flakes


  1. Melt the coconut butter in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water.
  2. Stir through the stevia and cacao until smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat, add the milk and stir until thickened.
  4. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into balls.
  5. Roll in the coconut flakes and place on a tray.
  6. Refrigerate until set.


  • For a nut-free version, use rice milk instead of almond milk.
