No Sew Superhero Cape. You’ll need: 27 x 30 inch piece of knit fabric, grosgrain ribbon, self-adhesive Velcro dots, fabric glue, and pinking shears. Lay ribbon 1 1/2 inch from one of the shorter edges. Place fabric glue below ribbon, in sections. Fold over and seal. Gather the fabric. Add glue at the openings to secure. Trim ribbon with pinking shears. Attached a Velcro dot.
